The problem addressed in this program is the increase in overweight and obesity, since according to the Ministry of Health (2022) some 15 million people in the country over the age of 15 present these conditions, which are the cause of various diseases such as diabetes, cancer or heart disease and are related to an inadequate lifestyle related to diet and exercise. Skydiet is a mobile application that provides features and functions that incorporate proper nutrition and exercise habits into their lives, through ways to motivate them to achieve their goals and achieve their well-being. Skydiet commercial strategy is based on the differentiation provided by the service offer based on the customization of functions related to the data entered by the user. In addition to entering the market at a competitive price, you gain access to a large number of users who can improve their lives. Skydiet plans to achieve its goals using social media marketing strategies and innovative remote work organization strategies that will help multidisciplinary teams. The financial analysis shows us an initial investment of s/ 587,900.00 estimated for five years, showing a utility indicator as a net present value of s/ 4,171,952.62 and an Internal Rate of Return of 72% of these values, they conclude that the project is viable when be viable and profitable.
