As a conclusion of the present study, Peru is the second exporter of grape brandy or grape marc, since its sales have grown significantly in the last 4 years, with the main buyer being the United States and Chile , the latter being the producer and exporter of the brandy. On the other hand, the number of exporting companies has decreased to form associations that can meet the foreign demand of Pisco supported by the competent institutions and partnership of Pisco that enable them to comply with the export requirements and quality parameters that are governed by the Regulation of the Denomination of Origin Pisco.
