The present investigation was carried out at the Atahualpa Jerusalem Workers Cooperative “Porcón Farm“, said study was based on the production of table water called “Water of the Blessing“, where it was observed that there are deficiencies in production which affects its productivity, which will be analyzed in the development of the study. The general objective is to improve production processes; to increase productivity. To know the current situation and develop the improvement proposal, engineering tools were used, such as: Ishikawa diagram, operations diagram, time study, 5S tool, check list, labor productivity levels; also methods engineering formulas; The information was provided directly by the plant manager. The results obtained indicated that there are currently: In the production of table water unproductive activities in the presentation of 625 ml 36% and in the 20 L presentation 24%; which generates unnecessary costs. With the proposal for improvement, unproductive activities are expected to decrease to 29% and 17% respectively. Therefore, it is concluded that the bottler with the improvements proposed in the investigation will increase its productivity and efficiency.
