The present research work is developed since internal data identified factors that affect the quality of service provided, such as inaccuracy of follow-up information and fragile communication with companies-customers in the follow-up process. The research is descriptive, not experimental, with the aim of determining the Information System for the improvement of the quality of service of the company Kaxiclan's S.A.C, for which the functional and non-functional requirements of the Information System (SI) in the company were identified, evaluating the Information Systems aligned to the requirements qualitatively and quantitatively. In this way, an SI is proposed that helps improve the quality of service, taking into account its sustainable condition. To establish the dimensions of the variable Information System considered the dimensions of ISO 25010: Functional Adequacy, Usability, Security and Portability; and, for the variable quality of service, the dimensions of the Servqual Model: Reliability, Responsiveness, Security and Empathy. Data collection was carried out using the techniques of interview, survey and documentary review, with analysis and treatment of data qualitatively and quantitatively. As a result, the Carsync Fleet Information System was proposed.
