El Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa (SIGA) como herramienta para la toma de decisiones en la Municipalidad Provincial de Hualgayoc, en el año 2019

Abstract

El Objetivo principal de este trabajo es Determinar la influencia del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa (SIGA) como herramienta de gestión, en la toma de decisiones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Hualgayoc – Bambamarca, en el año 2019. Metodológicamente, dicha investigación se indica que es Básica, de diseño Explicativo. Presenta una población muestral representada por 25 sujetos perteneciente a la Municipalidad Provincial de Hualgayoc – Bambamarca. Se ha utilizado un cuestionario dirigido tanto para funcionarios y empleados. El Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa (SIGA) es un sistema que no influye de manera significante como herramienta de gestión, en la toma de decisiones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Hualgayoc – Bambamarca, en el año 2019, debido a que no todos manejan estos sistemas y por el poco conocimiento que se tiene. Asimismo, manifestando la necesidad de buscar las mejoras del manejo del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa influirá positivamente y significantemente en la toma de Decisiones de manera directa, y viceversa.

The main objective of this work is to determine the influence of the Integrated Administrative Management System (SIGA) as a management tool, in the decision-making of the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc - Bambamarca, in the year 2019. Methodologically, this research is indicated to be Basic, of Explanatory design. It presents a sample population represented by 25 subjects belonging to the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc - Bambamarca. A questionnaire aimed at both officials and employees has been used The Integrated Administrative Management System (SIGA) is a system that does not significantly influence as a management tool, in the decision-making of the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc - Bambamarca, in 2019, because not all manage these systems and because of the little knowledge we have. Also, expressing the need to seek improvements in the management of the Integrated Administrative Management System will positively and significantly influence decision-making directly, and vice versa.
