Propuesta de implementación de un sistema integrado de seguridad y calidad para mejorar las condiciones de seguridad en el trabajo y la calidad del producto terminado en la Planta El Milagro de la empresa Poste del Norte S.A.

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general dar la Propuesta de Implementación de un Sistema Integrado de Calidad, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para la empresa Postes del Norte SA – El Milagro.

Se buscó establecer un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo a fin de mejorar las condiciones o ambientes de trabajo y la calidad del producto terminado ofrecido a los clientes de Postes del Norte S.A.; la propuesta se dio debido a la necesidad de establecer herramientas para monitorear estas variables durante el desarrollo de las labores habituales en planta El Milagro. La información brindada por los diversos controles de la propuesta permite tener un mejor análisis de las problemáticas que se tienen y las que se pudieran suscitar, esto con el fin de mantener una mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión.

Por otro lado, Postes del Norte S.A, se compromete a satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes, a través del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos, gestionar en cada puesto de trabajo los peligros y riesgos para prevenir daños y el deterioro de la salud.

Todo ello, aparte de traer beneficios a la organización, implica un estricto cumplimiento de la legislación, se logra la mejora de las relaciones con el Estado y el impacto positivo en los colaboradores, clientes y la comunidad en general.

Los resultados que se lograron son: - Disminución de quejas en un 52% y aumento en la satisfacción del cliente superior a 1.69 según puntuación en encuesta, - Reducir los indicadores de seguridad como: Índice de frecuencia, índice de severidad y accidentabilidad a 00, - Fijar una meta en capacitación del personal de 85% medida en cumplimiento y eficacia mensualmente, - Obtener un beneficio/costo de 1.04 por la propuesta de implementación, - Establecer la herramienta para la evaluación del cumplimiento de los requisitos del Sistema Integrado de Seguridad y Calidad.

ABSTRACT The present work had as general aim give the Proposal of Implementation of an Integrated System of Quality, Security and Occupational Health for the Company “Postes del Norte S.A.”- El Milagro.

One sought to establish a System Management of Quality, Security and Health in the Work in order to improve the conditions or environments of work and the quality of the finished product offered to the clients of “Postes del Norte S.A.”; the offer was given due to the need to establish tools to monitor these variables during the development of the habitual labors in plant “El Milagro”. The information offered to the diverse controls of the offer allows to have a better analysis of the problematic ones that are had and that could be provoked, this in order to support a constant improvement of the System of Management.

On the other hand, “Postes del Norte S.A.”, it promises to satisfy the needs of his clients, across the fulfillment of the established requirements, to manage in every working place the dangers and risks to anticipate hurts and the deterioration of the health.

All this, apart from bringing benefits to the organization, implies a strict fulfillment of the legislation, the improvement of the relations is achieved by the State and the positive impact in the collaborators, clients and the community in general.

The results that were achieved are: - Complaints decreased by 52% and increase costumer satisfaction above 1.69 as survey score, - To reduce the safety indicators as: Index of frequency, index of severity and accidentability to 00, - To establish a goal in training of the personnel of 95 % measured in fulfillment and efficiency monthly, - To obtain a benefit / cost of 1.04 for the offer of implementation, - To establish the tool for the evaluation of the fulfillment of the requirements of the Integrated System of Security and Quality.
