La metodología 5s y su relación con la productividad laboral en la oficina de administración documentaria del RENIEC, sede Centro Cívico Lima 2020

Abstract

El desarrollo de la investigación tiene como fin determinar la relación de la metodología 5S con la productividad laboral en la oficina de administración documentaria del Reniec, sede centro cívico Lima 2020. La metodología de investigación es de tipo básica con un estudio correlacional, diseño no experimental, se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo y con un corte transversal. La población estaba compuesta por diez colaboradores de la central de notificaciones y despacho documentario de la oficina de administración documentaria del Reniec, se utilizó la técnica de encuesta para la recopilación de datos y el instrumento era un cuestionario de veinte preguntas en una escala likert, en el que diez aludían a la variable independiente y diez a la variable dependiente; los datos se procesaron utilizando el programa informático IBM SPSS Statistics 25, donde se realizaron las tablas estadísticas y el procesamiento. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, fue posible determinar que existe una relación media entre la metodología 5S y la productividad laboral de la oficina de administración documentaria del Reniec, sede centro cívico Lima 2020.

The development of the research aims to determine the relationship of the 5S methodology with labor productivity in the office of documentary administration of Reniec, headquarters of the Lima 2020 civic center. The research methodology is of a basic type with a correlational study, non-experimental design, the quantitative approach was used and with a cross section. The population consisted of ten collaborators from the central notifications and documentary dispatch of the Reniec documentary administration office, the survey technique was used for data collection and the instrument was a questionnaire of twenty questions on a Likert scale, in the one that ten referred to the independent variable and ten to the dependent variable; The data were processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 computer program, where statistical tables and processing were carried out. According to the results obtained, it was possible to determine that there is an average relationship between the 5S methodology and office labor productivity of documentary administration of Reniec, headquarters of the Lima 2020 civic center.
