Abstract: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en los trabajadores del centro de salud público los Olivos, 2023. Metodología: se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo de diseño no experimental de corte trasversal, asimismo, la muestra estuvo conformada por 46 trabajadores de un centro de salud público y como instrumento se realizó un cuestionario que consta de 21 preguntas bajo una escala Likert cuya validez fue de V –Aiken 1 y Alfa de Cronbach de 0.811, mostrando un validez y fiabilidad apropiada. Resultados: se identificó un nivel medio del 47.83% de estrés laboral y un nivel bajo del 6.52%, asimismo, la dimensión sobre carga laboral estuvo en un nivel medio del 54.35% y un nivel bajo del 8.70%, la dimensión comunicación en un nivel medio del 45.65% al igual que el nivel alto y por último la dimensión clima laboral, en un nivel medio del 52.17% y un nivel bajo del 4.35%. Conclusiones: se identificó que los trabajadores del centro de salud público tienen un nivel medio de estrés laboral, lo cual refleja de debe gestionarse bien la carga laboral, las relaciones interpersonales con el fin de disminuir la tensión en el trabajo.
