Nowadays, malls look for achieve positioning through the use of new tools to increase customer satisfaction; one of these new alternatives is the creation of experiences, which must go beyond expectations. That´s why this research focused on determining the relationship between the variables Experiential Marketing and Customer Satisfaction respect the quality of service offered by the “El Quinde Shopping Plaza” center. The type of research of this study is basic to correlational design and the survey technique was used to have the information through a structured and validated questionnaire (Cronbach coefficient for experiential marketing of 0.899 and for customer satisfaction of 0.931), based on the CEM tool and the SERVQUAL scale respectively. This was applied to a sample of 385 customers. For the analysis of data, it was being used of descriptive and inferential statistical programs that allowed data validation, such as Excel and SPS 21. The results of the research allowed us to establish that the relationship between the two variables is direct, for such to greater experience creation, greater customer satisfaction. Finally, this study has reached the conclusion that “El Quinde Shopping Plaza” center does apply activities based on experiential marketing and therefore keeps its customer satisfied, however, not yet met the expectations of all its demand.
