Fiscalización del comercio ambulatorio y derechos constitucionales de los comerciantes ambulantes informales en el Centro Histórico de Lima, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación surge a raíz de la ineficacia en la fiscalización del comercio ambulatorio informal y como esta puede vulnerar los derechos constitucionales de los comerciantes ambulantes en la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima como el derecho al trabajo y el derecho al libre comercio. La presente investigación se desarrolló mediante el enfoque cualitativo ya que se determinará como la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima salvaguarda el derecho al trabajo, el tipo de investigación que se utilizo fue tipo básico, dado que se condiciono el tema al Control del comercio ambulatorio informal en aras de salvaguardar el derecho al trabajo en la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima en el año 2022, finalmente el diseño que se utilizó es fenomenológico el objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar de qué manera la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima controla el comercio ambulatorio informal salvaguardando el derecho al trabajo de los ambulantes informales en el año 2022.

The present investigation arises because of the lack of control that exists regarding informal outpatient commerce and how this lack of control can violate the right to work of street vendors in the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima. The present investigation was developed through the qualitative approach since it will be determined how the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima safeguards the right to work, the type of investigation that was used was non-experimental type, since the subject was conditioned to the Control of informal outpatient trade in In order to safeguard the right to work in the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima in the year 2022, finally the design that was used is Grounded Theory, the objective of this investigation is to determine how the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima controls informal outpatient commerce safeguarding the right to work of informal street vendors in the year 2022.
