The present investigation arises because of the lack of control that exists regarding informal outpatient commerce and how this lack of control can violate the right to work of street vendors in the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima. The present investigation was developed through the qualitative approach since it will be determined how the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima safeguards the right to work, the type of investigation that was used was non-experimental type, since the subject was conditioned to the Control of informal outpatient trade in In order to safeguard the right to work in the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima in the year 2022, finally the design that was used is Grounded Theory, the objective of this investigation is to determine how the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima controls informal outpatient commerce safeguarding the right to work of informal street vendors in the year 2022.
