Abstract: El presente proyecto nace como alternativa ante la preocupación del estado Chileno dado que la alimentación ha pasado a ser un elemento muy relevante en la calidad de vida de las personas, así como también en la prevención de las enfermedades más frecuentes. Hoy ya las enfermedades no son por causas infecciosas, sino de enfermedades cardiovasculares, cánceres, diabetes, osteoporosis y otras estrechamente relacionadas con la dieta.
Por ese motivo se ha llevado a cabo un exhaustivo estudio, por lo que se plantea ingresar al mercado chileno, ya que Chile representa el mayor país consumidor de pan en la región, únicamente detrás de Alemania a nivel mundial; específicamente la ciudad de Santiago de Chile. El mercado consumidor al cual se está dirigido el proyecto son grupos de familia conformados por personas entre 03 y 69 años de nivel socio económico ABC1 y C3.
Chile es la economía más abierta en Latinoamérica debido a sus numerosos tratados de libre comercio con distintos países tanto de economías primer mundistas como con países en vías de desarrollo, sus exportaciones e importaciones representan aproximadamente el 83% de su PBI.
Por otro lado, los aspectos más resaltantes como la competencia, que indica la posibilidad de acceso al mercado por contar con pocas marcas reconocidas, es por eso que las tendencias de los consumidores se asemejan más al producto, logrando una rápida introducción, al mercado, por ser un producto de calidad.
La manera de acceso será mediante brokers, los cuales lograrán una rápida y fácil introducción al mercado chileno (supermercados) por su conocimiento.
La inversión inicial del proyecto será de $ 24,927.76 que estará destinada a la compra del Activo fijo, para el Activo Intangible se requerirá $ 12,463.57; asimismo se necesitará de un Capital de Trabajo de $ 22,199.12. El 30 % de esta inversión será financiado por una entidad financiera.
El periodo de recuperación es al segundo mes del tercer año. En ese sentido el proyecto es viable financiera y económicamente, con un VANE de 56,911.62, VANF 56,854.22, la TIRE de 26.50% lo que genera rentabilidad.
