The following report will present the implementation proposal of the “Order to Cash” process for an important Self-Service customer in the operations area, in the Customer Service sector of the Puig Peru Company. The direct attention to the Self-Service area client is born from a potential not attended market due to the loss of negotiation opportunities that were caused for the outsourced care. Also, Puig Peru had the necessity to attend a new client that take off the dependence of the company to the big retailers in the country. The Self-Service clients have the politics to evaluate the supplying of the suppliers through the indicator of fill rate. That´s why we propose to attend them with the model of “Order to cash” the one that is enriched with the experience of attending another purchase orders of another clients and the feedback of the others areas in the company, and also we use engineering tools like: Klein´s factor, Ishikawa, factor ranking, and anothers. The monthly results for the first year of the project of the implementation of the process “Order to cash” fulfilled with the minimum necessary to have a good qualification, that is 90% of fill rate. This avoided that the company paid the penalty to not fulfill with this indicator, also we manage to negotiate the logistic rebate to centralize, that was satisficed for both parts.
