The main objective of this research was to determine the rehabilitation of the road through the realization of a new structural and geometric design. For this, a total of 10 pits were carried out to extract samples and carry out a soil study, subsequently the traffic study and the topographic study as field work, subsequently the structural designs of the pavement were carried out using the AASHTO 93 method and geometric design using AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D as a design tool. From the results obtained, it was concluded that the soil samples were classified as fine soils of medium plasticity Likewise, they present a CBR index that is between 18 to 19.6% , from the traffic study an IMD = 446 was determined, from the structural design it could be concluded that it will be composed of asphalt concrete between 10 to 5 cm, a base thickness between 17.5 cm to 25 cm and a subbase that is between 10 to 20 cm thick, and finally the geometric design resulted in a design speed of 50 km/h, 5% minimum slope and a maximum slope of 8 %
