--- The biorremediacion of ground contaminated by hydrocarbons is a technique that consists of using alive organisms for the consumption of the hydrocarbons of petroleum on the ground. This alternative of low cost permits the recovery of ground contaminated with hydrocarbons of petroleum, reducing the concentrations to levels that are not toxic for the plants (5000 mg/kg of ground). To confirm or to rule out the decrease of Total Hydrocarbons of Petroleum of a ground of the Refinery “La Pampilla”, located in “Km 25 highway Ventanilla”, Province, “Callao”. The experiment to level was installed of biotest, in the ground Fertility Laboratory of the “Universidad Nacional Agraria la Molina”, being applied the statistical model of Experimental Design Completely at random (DCA), with three repetitions and twelve processing adding a total of 36 experimental flowerpots, for which manure was employed and sawdust as substrate to the warning plant of “corn“ Zea mays, L sown and controlled by a period Of two months. The results of the dosage of the ground contaminated by hydrocarbons, manure and sawdust on the average I diminish 22,5 percent the content of hydrocarbons on the ground employing alone manure I diminish alone 16,5 percent and using only sawdust I diminish 9,6 percent. Which has been corroborated and complemented with the results of the plant warning corn, of the variable height of the plant, dry weight to number and dry weight radicular respectively. Comparing the processing of the experiment the one that better has remedied the floors was the processing (T3) floor contaminated but “vacaza” but sawdust of “bolaina”, since the initial concentration of total hydrocarbons of petroleum (TPH) was of 21,81 gr of TPH/kg of ground, has diminished in 16,28 gr of TPH/kg of ground, that represents a 25 percent reduction. Being this processing it but recommendable to use. Keywords: Biorremediacion, hydrocarbons, organic manure, sawdust.
