El Inadecuado Manejo de Mercaderías y Su Efecto en Los Estados Financieros de LA EMPRESA UNIVERSO ÓPTICO SAC EN EL AÑO 2016

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la empresa UNIVERSO ÓPTICO SAC. Se dedica a la importación y comercialización de productos ópticos a nivel nacional, se pretende realizar un análisis para evaluar y mejorar la eficiencia en los procedimientos de almacén el mismo que ayudará a la correcta distribución y almacenaje de las mercaderías de la empresa. Ya que en esta empresa hace falta un adecuado control del almacén, el cual presenta debilidades en sus procesos como la falta de organización, comunicación, experiencia y capacitación por parte del personal de dicha área. Se planteó el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos, los cuáles se cumplieron con toda responsabilidad, Reconocer los riesgos habituales en las tareas propias de almacenamiento de productos, evaluarlos y establecer planes de control periódicos teniendo conocimiento de su importancia dentro de la empresa UNIVERSO ÓPTICO SAC, Identificar los accidentes y enfermedades profesionales asociados a las tareas de carga, descarga y manipulación de mercancías, clasificados por zonas físicas y por áreas de trabajo, Aplicar la seguridad preventiva en el almacén, atendiendo a la normativa vigente y a las recomendaciones pertinentes.

The present research work was carried out in the company UNIVERSO ÓPTICO SAC. It is dedicated to the import and commercialization of optical products at a national level, it is intended to carry out an analysis to evaluate and improve the efficiency in the warehouse procedures, which will help the correct distribution and storage of the merchandise of the company. Since this company requires adequate control of the warehouse, which presents weaknesses in its processes such as lack of organization, communication, experience and training by personnel in that area. The general objective and the specific objectives were set, which were fulfilled with all responsibility, Recognize the usual risks in the tasks of product storage, evaluate them and establish periodic control plans, being aware of their importance within the company UNIVERSO ÓPTICO SAC, Identify the accidents and occupational diseases associated with the tasks of loading, unloading and handling of merchandise, classified by physical areas and by work areas. Apply preventive security in the warehouse, taking into account current regulations and pertinent recommendations.
