MSEs play a crucial role in Peru's economic development. Within this sector, financial institutions specialize in providing lending services to other small businesses and individuals. These services are essential for facilitating financial inclusion and contributing to sustainable economic growth. However, these companies face numerous challenges in the management of their financial processes, particularly in the administration of loans and debt collections. Inefficiencies in these processes translates into long lead times, manual errors and limited capacity for financial analysis, which negatively affects the profitability and sustainability of MSEs. To address these challenges, a comprehensive solution was developed and implemented over two years, comprising both a web application and a mobile application using technologies such as Spring, Angular and Flutter. The resulting system offers greater ease and automation in financial management, focusing on the processes of collection, disbursement and payment registration, thus optimizing the process flows and reducing the time invested in them. This optimization led to significant improvements, which resulted in a 64% time reduction in the disbursement process, a 60% reduction in the payment process and a 77% reduction in the collection process. These results validate the efficiency of the system, demonstrating its potential to significantly enhance the operational capabilities of financial institutions.
