The research work focuses on the study of defective products, which, in 2022, increased by 25.53%, with 4% being allowed. Likewise, the current OEE of the company is 60.30% and is below the World Class which is 85%. This situation generates annual losses of 31.84% of the total billing, which is why the implementation of improvements in the production process is sought. This research focuses its efforts on proposing a solution model, applying Process Standardization, Autonomous and Planned Maintenance, and SMED in its production processes. The fundamental objective is to reduce defective products in a rubber-coated roller manufacturing company. As well as improving the quality of the products manufactured by the rubber industrial company to maintain its competitive image and profitability. After the implementation of the proposed tools, an OEE of 87.45% was obtained with an availability of 93.06%, a performance rate of 97.47% and a quality rate of 96.40%. Likewise, the production process was reduced from 1,005.45 to 799.40 minutes. Furthermore, the number of rollers produced annually increased from 344 to 417 units, while the number of defective rollers decreased from 74 to 1 unit annually.
