In the field of automation, repetitive activities can be found in various industrial processes. Therefore, robotic arms are ideal for use in industrial machining processes such as deburring, milling, trimming, drilling, grinding and polishing of parts. Also, activities such as pick and place, welding and additive or subtractive manufacturing. Robots have the advantage of a large operating range and a lower cost compared to machines with the same working space. In this sense, the present research aims to realize a gripper that is able to perform the process of milling and laser engraving with the use of the robotic arm Robot KUKA KR60-3. The processes are performed on 300x300x40mm pine wood strips in real time; under a controlled environment in the FabLab laboratory of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
