The present work of Professional Sufficiency seeks to demonstrate what competencies are required by the supervisors of online work teams to achieve the objectives of a customer service campaign in a contact center in Metropolitan Lima in the year 2023, due to the fact that a low performance was detected in one of the work teams of this campaign, which has been repeating itself for some months. For this purpose, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach was carried out. We took into consideration information gathered through a bibliographic review, interviews with workers involved in the situation and the performance indicators provided by the corresponding area of the company. The work contains 3 chapters: detail of the supervisors' leadership problem, proposed solution alternatives for said problem, and choice of the skills development program. This led to the conclusion that it is important for the company to focus on evaluating the performance of the supervisors along with that of the consultants, since they undoubtedly influence the job satisfaction and motivation of the consultants in charge. For this reason, it was recommended to carry out other research related to commitment, work environment and employee satisfaction and to complement the selected alternative solution with other medium and long-term proposals to ensure a permanent solution to the problem.
