The objective of this paper is to explain how a mobile application for sales management was developed and implemented in a mass consumption company; This tool is used by the sales force of the traditional channel, which is made up of 250 salespeople. The main problem that the seller had was to carry manual controls in sheets and notebooks of his progress and goals of the day, which did not allow him to focus on selling and closing orders with adequate average tickets. With this application, it was possible to increase sales in that company, because the seller currently has relevant information on the mobile, which allows him to optimize his route and cover much of his territory of the day; as a consequence, generate more orders. In the same way, it allows them to manage their collections, register returns, visualize stocks online, among other functionalities that have allowed to facilitate the growth of sales in 9.7% in the year 2022 compared to 2021. Currently, this channel represents 42% of the company's total sales. It is worth mentioning that; for this project, it was decided to use the SCRUM methodology, because it suited the context of the project and it was desired to obtain the MVP in the estimated time that was 4 months. The project was deployed in the Google Cloud using serverless architecture. The project began in February 2021 and ended in December of the same year; It was possible to finish with the development and implementation in the established times.
