The investigation focuses on a company in the metalworking sector that has low compliance in its delivery times for finished products, which when measured with the Perfect Order Fulfillment indicator is at 76.21%. When comparing this data with that of the sector, which is located in a range of 80 to 90%, it can be concluded that the company has a problem to be treated. After investigating new tools and the sector, the use of Lean Warehousing tools was determined to reduce non-compliance with the company's delivery times. Diagnostic tools such as VSM, Gemba and ABC Multicriteria Analysis were used in the investigation, as well as operational tools such as 5S, Process Standardization, AVA Analysis and the prioritization inventory model, which resulted in an increase of up to 83.3. % of the Perfect Order Fulfillment indicator. Likewise, other indicators were also improved such as the reduction of the times involved in the warehouse cycle by 17.6% and the reduction of activities that do not add value by 21.1% and the increase in demand attended to on time by the company in 93.8%, among other results.
