The present work formulates the solution of a system for sending and validating documents using KOFAX technology in a banking project. The present work formulates the solution of a system for sending and validating documents using KOFAX technology in a banking project. The solution allows to receive a manifest from the client side to digitize physical files coming from the banking operations in a massive way, typify document types and perform validations of passive operations, for its later availability in the web platform of consultation. For this purpose, the solution is based on some Workflow changes (sending banking operations), on a document management system (SISGPD), on the massification of the digitalization service using KOFAX technology, on the increase of hardware for a better process and the use of technology for greater security in the transfer of files to the SFTP. As a result of these changes, it was possible to increase the number of validations on files received, the quality of the processed files increased, it was possible to comply with the SLA times established with the client, and there was an improvement in the indexing times from the image in relation to the indexing on the physical file. Manual work such as data loading and others was eliminated, reducing operational costs.
