This project addresses the problem of the lack of resources for the constant optimization of the 4G network in the city of Iquitos. This results in the underutilization of available radio frequency resources, generating problems such as user imbalance between different frequencies, coverage problems, and late detection of high uplink interference. All of these inconveniences cause a negative impact on the user's experience when browsing the Internet, generating an unfavorable perception of the mobile telephone service provided. To solve this problem, this project uses different algorithms based on machine learning techniques. In this case, multi-output regressions are used through decision trees for the prediction of KPIs from the multiple inputs of the antennas, and genetic algorithms are used to achieve the optimal configuration of the antenna parameters using electrical tilt and power for the specific scenario required.
