Currently, in an environment where society is characterized by a substantial increase in the availability of information and constant exposure to various product and service proposals, the field of marketing acquires exceptional relevance in numerous sectors, including the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, it is observed that many companies, especially those of a family-run nature, tend to relegate marketing to a secondary role, not considering it as a strategic tool capable of expanding their potential customer base. Instead, they rely on attracting customers solely through the location of their establishment and the expectation that the quality of service will generate positive recommendations. However, this approach does not consistently guarantee the acquisition of new customers, especially in a highly competitive sector with numerous similar competitors offering comparative advantages. In this context, it is imperative to recognize the need to incorporate marketing as an essential tool to promote the business's offerings and target potential customers accurately. This research work focuses on the case study of the "Great Hotel" company and aims to evaluate marketing alternatives with the purpose of addressing and finding a solution to the issues related to the decrease in revenue and occupancy.
