The thesis proposes the study of the international phenomenon of the digital transformation of seaports applying technology in their activities, which generates the concept of smart port in port maritime operability. A non-experimental, cross-sectional, causal-correlational research is carried out, which aims to determine the influence of digital transformation on the maritime port operability of Callao from 2019 to 2022. For this, in the present study, a questionnaire with a measurement scale of Likert to a sample of 86 logistics operators (maritime and shipping agents) that carried out activities in the Port of Callao from 2019 to 2022. According to the statistical method, Cronbach's Alpha was calculated to determine the reliability of the instrument, obtaining excellent criteria of 0.907 for digital transformation and 0.971 for port maritime operability. After the inferential analysis, it will be prolonged that the digital transformation and each of its dimensions directly and positively influences the maritime port operability based on the smart ports approach by obtaining a Pearson Chi-square significance level of less than 0.001, which indicates a consequence between variables; and a Spearman's coefficient of connections greater than 0.760 with a significance level of less than 0.05, which indicates a strong and positive correction. This result shows an important advance in the maritime port operability of Peru, since it adjusts to the demands of the current international market.
