The main objective of this work research is to determine the impact of the extra product, expired or not consumable waste in the financial decision process on the agribusiness pepper companies in Lima, year 2018. This research is made up of five chapters. The first chapter is the theoretical framework, which defines the concepts and decision making of extra product, waste and not consumable, as well as exposes the current situation of the agro- industrial sector in Peru. The second chapter is called the research plan, which the formulation of the objectives and hypotheses so we can see from the quantitative and qualitative analysis the research could be developed. Chapter three mentions the research methodology. Regarding the qualitative method, three experts on this field were interviewed in the pepper industry with 18 in depth questions and a quantitative analysis conducted a survey of a sample of 19 accountants from various pepper producing companies. Chapter four deals with the development of research, also obtaining the results of the surveys and interviews made up. At the same time, a practical case is developed which aims to expose the impact of extra product, waste and not consumable assets in the financial decision making. Finally, in chapter five the validation of the hypotheses is developed to determine the impact of the variables. As we know also the analysis of the case studied to culminate with the conclusions and recommendations.
