At present, in Peru the trend for healthy consumption is becoming increasingly important. Because of this, new restaurants have emerged with new healthy gastronomic proposals that meet the needs of consumers who choose to change to a healthier lifestyle. Therefore, healthy restaurants use social networks as a tool to capture their potential consumers, since they find a variety of restaurants that offer similar gastronomic proposals. Therefore, it is important that restaurants focus on knowing the factors that influence people's decisions, because in this way you can establish actions that persuade and intervene in the purchase intention of consumers. The objective of this research work is to determine the degree of association between external factors that influence the purchase intention in relation to the content generated by the brands of healthy food restaurants in men and women aged 25 to 35 in Metropolitan Lima. The primary public of the research is composed of men and women aged 25 to 35 years and the socioeconomic level A and B of Metropolitan Lima was analyzed. Regarding the research methodology, it is correlational, since it analyzed two variables. In addition, it has a mixed approach because it is a qualitative or quantitative study, therefore, surveys were conducted on 250 people, interview and focus group. The result that was obtained in the research work can be seen the relationship of external factors with the intention of purchase, where it is evident that there is a positive relationship with social influence and perceived utility; Regarding the importance of digital content, it is evident that there is no positive relationship between the variables.
