In the present research work, the superficial diagnosis of the flexible pavement is carried out by means of the auscultation of the drone for the road maintenance of Andrés Avelino Cáceres avenue. In this case, for this diagnosis to be possible, the PCI methodology was used as it is one of the most widely used international methods to determine the functional status and operational condition of flexible and rigid pavements accurately and efficiently. Thus, in the first place, the visual inspection was carried out with the help of the drone to facilitate the process of recording of damage according to its severity levels and dimensions. Likewise, it is detailed that in section 1 there were 144 sample units and in section 2 there were 147 units per sample, therefore, when evaluating the pavement, the Pavement Condition Index method yielded a quantitative result of 38, that is say, in state”. Bad. ““Likewise, the most influential pathologies were identified, where in both sections the Hollow fault type stands out with 29% of the total, then the Longitudinal fault type and Transverse Cracks with 24% of the total and finally the Crocodile Skin fault type. with 14% of the total. Consequently, a technological road intervention was proposed, which is the foamed recycled asphalt technique, where it was also developed in a budgetary way, reducing the cost of only the technique with a value of S /. 357,723.65 and as a file to be useful for the rehabilitation of said avenue with a value of S /. 4,869,891.97.
