Centro cultural para la ciudad de Huamachuco- provincia de Sanchez Carrión

Abstract

La ciudad de Huamachuco posee un gran potencial cultural, gracias a sus diferentes manifestaciones artísticas, sociales y festivas que, dicho sea de paso, son conocidas y valoradas a nivel nacional. Sin embargo, la situación actual presenta una problemática acentuada en la insuficiente oferta de servicios culturales para el adecuado desarrollo e integración de la población, ya que éstos están ubicados de forma arbitraria, desarrollando sus actividades en ambientes improvisados que no cuentan con infraestructura adecuada para su uso, limitando la verdadera función para la que estaban destinados. Por otro lado, en el este de la ciudad (zona de crecimiento urbano), se encuentran sectores sin dinamismo cultural, social y económico por ausencia de diferentes equipamientos y servicios que permitan darle una vocación definida a esta parte de la ciudad. En ese sentido, aprovechando las condiciones de la ubicación ya mencionada, la Municipalidad Distrital de Huamachuco conjuntamente con el área de Desarrollo Social y Casa Municipal De Cultura; tienen la intención de intervenir en ello, surgiendo así el proyecto: Centro Cultural parar la ciudad Huamachuco como un nuevo hito urbano; el cual se plantea en uno de los ejes físicos – simbólicos (Jr. Sánchez Carrión ) y el futuro eje cultural – educativo de la ciudad (Jr. Ponce de León), con la finalidad de crear nuevos centros urbanos y suturar el tejido urbano; generando un núcleo donde se concentren las actividades culturales.

The city of Huamachuco has a great cultural potential, thanks to its different artistic, social and festive manifestations that, by the way, are known and valued nationwide. However, the current situation presents a problem accentuated in the insufficient supply of cultural services for the adequate development and integration of the population, since they are located arbitrarily, developing their activities in improvised environments that do not have adequate infrastructure for their use, limiting the true function for which they were intended. On the other hand, in the east of the city (urban growth zone), there are sectors without cultural, social and economic dynamism due to the absence of different equipment and services that allow this part of the city to be defined. In that sense, taking advantage of the conditions of the aforementioned location, the District Municipality of Huamachuco together with the area of Social Development and Municipal House of Culture; they intend to intervene in it, thus emerging the project: Cultural Center stop the city Huamachuco as a new urban landmark; which is raised in one of the physical - symbolic axes (Jr. Sánchez Carrión) and the future cultural - educational axis of the city (Jr. Ponce de León), with the purpose of creating new urban centers and suturing the urban fabric; generating a nucleus where cultural activities are concentrated.
