Objective: Determine if Family Violence is a factor associated with Dissocial Behavior Disorder in adolescents Material and Methods: An observational, analytical and cross-sectional study was carried out. A total of 283 adolescent students in grades 3 and 4 were evaluated by applying the Family Violence test and the ESPERI exam. The period was during the month of February 2018. Results: No significant differences were observed in relation to the variables age, type of school, origin and type of family among adolescents with Dissocial Conduct Disorder and without it. However, statistical significance was identified in terms of male gender and 4th year of study in these. The prevalence of Dissocial Conduct Disorder in these adolescents was 8.8%, while of these 68% also presented Family Violence association that was statistically significant (PR: 7.4 p <.0000). Conclusions: Family violence is a factor closely associated with Dissocial Behavior Disorder in adolescents.
