This work entitled Emotional Marketing and the generation of Lovemarks in the youth segment of the district of Trujillo, the concern has described as Emotional Marketing helps in generating Lovemarks, with the main objective: to identify strategies that allow brands to reach to be Lovemarks. The population consisted of men and women aged 15 to 24 years, using simple random sampling to 383 youth. Data collection was done through qualitative techniques such as interviews and simple observation, and quantitative techniques such as surveys. The study results indicated that satisfaction with a product or service does not guarantee customer loyalty, you need something more, then customers should feel valued and cared for. Most young trujillanos do believe that there is an emotional bond between the brand and the customer, creating a loyalty beyond reason, based on the mystery, sensuality and intimacy. Reflected in the contributions of Scott Robinette Emotional Marketing; Lovemarks and Kevin Roberts. One of the main conclusions reached in this work is that emotional marketing strategies can generate and strengthen Lovemarks.
