This research was carried out in the Laboratory of Plant Pathology at the Private University Antenor Orrego and the nursery soil area of the National University of Trujillo in the province of Trujillo, La Libertad, between January and December 2012, The aim of this research was to evaluate the pathogenesis and reproduction rate of Meloidogyne spp on Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum and determining the effect of organic repressors on Meloidogyne spp in Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum under laboratory and nursery. It was used a completely randomized design (CRD) to determine the efficiency of four nematoxic (Nemaquill, Nemathor, Hunter, Vydate) in Meloidogyne spp control in vitro tests were made with commercial doses, to establish its effect on mortality and hatching eggs and J2. Additional evidence of infectivity in greenhouse Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum. was determined. The viability of the eggs was determined and found the average natural emergency percentage to be 23.32% juveniles, the laboratory results showed that Nemathor and Vydate products caused 100% mortality of juveniles, totally inhibited Nemathor emergency juveniles from eggs and values Vydate achieved 1.03 and 1.05%. Nemaquill and Hunter reached emergency rates of juvenile 15.17% -15.39% -35.35% and 34.40% respectively. In juvenile mortality Hunter and Nemaquill achieved a 0% 6.23% and 5.57% respectively. In nursery conditions Vydate get the lower rate of reproduction 0.01 Nemathor, check + eggs, Nemaquill and Hunter reached a TR of 2.33, 14.89, 16.26 and 17.95 respectively.
