In the district of Santo Domingo, local roads are identified, whose construction has not been carried out correctly, which is why they present problems of deterioration, since the geometric design criteria are not met and they are not paved. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis was to develop the geometric and structural design of the Santo Domingo-Quinchayo Grande Neighborhood Road, Santo Domingo District, Maroon Province, Piura Department. The research methodology was applied and quantitative level. The results obtained are that the study area is considered a third-class highway and has a flat terrain orography, the geometric design was developed with a speed of 35 km/hour, likewise the road has a 6.0-meter roadway. Finally, the structure of the pavement that would make up the local road was determined, which had a 5cm asphalt layer, a 15cm base and a 15cm subbase. In this way, it was concluded that the geometric and structural design of the pavement could be implemented in the Santo Domingo- Quinchayo Grande Neighborhood Road, improving the quality and infrastructure of the study area
