This research was carried out at the facilities of the Agroindustrial UPAO SAC Company, located on the Alto Salaverry road 552 km, La Libertad region - Peru, during the months of March to June 2018. The effect of the influence of three doses of biol (300, 600 and 900 L biol / ha) on the cultivation of Chinese onion (Allium fistulosum) under conditions of technician irrigation. The completely randomized statistical block design was used, with four treatments and four repetitions; the analysis of variance (ANVA) was performed, for the verification of statistical differences and the Duncan test was performed, to determine the best treatment with a probability of 0.05%. During the conduct of the experiment, seedlings were transplanted at a distance of 0.15 m between plants and 0.4 m between rows in a single row, the total area of the experimental field being 128 m2. NPK fertilization (100-40-80) was applied to four treatments (A, B, C, D) using as mineral sources: urea, phosphoric acid and potassium chloride. The three doses of biol of 300, 600 and 900 L biol / ha were applied to three treatments (A, B, C). In the evaluation of the characteristic average number of leaves and tillers / plant, 100 days after transplantation, treatment B (NPK + 600 L biol / ha) ranked first with 44 and 7 units, respectively, lagging behind in The last place treatment D (NPK) with 30 leaves and 4 tillers / plant. In relation to the yield of the Chinese onion crop, treatment B (NPK + 600L biol / ha) obtained the best result with 143.69 t / ha, leaving in the last places treatments C (NPK + 900 L / ha) and D (NPK) with 65.47 and 66.94 t / ha, respectively.
