The following research work entitled ““Structural Design of the Sol de Chicama Urban Habilitation Pavement, District of Chicama Province of Ascope, La Libertad, Peru““, addresses the problem of the lack of access roads for the future inhabitants of the Sol de Chicama project , a completely new urbanization, since it is being carried out from the change of use of rural land, this added to the lack of maintenance of this main road, the lack of conservation and sustainable alternatives. That is why this research seeks to determine the best alternative of the 3 options proposed: Asphalt Pavement (cold and/or hot), Rigid Pavement (concrete) and Articulated Pavement (cobblestone), which were compared at an economic, durability and technical level. It should be noted that the current vehicular flow was considered with a projected useful life of 20 years for the 3 designs mentioned above, taking into account the physical-mechanical properties of the soil under study. In summary, the flexible type design comprises a 24 cm subbase, a 30 cm granular base and a 9 cm asphalt layer. Likewise, the rigid type design comprises a concrete folder with a thickness of 22cm and a granular base of 15cm. Finally, the articulated type design comprises a 27cm sub-base, a 30cm base, a 4cm layer of sand and an 8cm paver
