Nowadays, every company must have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) that allows the control of the safety of its processes and the protection of the health of its workers; achieving greater support for the company and contributing to better performance and greater benefits. This work describes the methodology of designing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) of the Clínica San Antonio S.A.C. In order to reduce occupational risks and avoid possible accidents that directly affect the worker and the economy of the company. The development of this work began with a diagnosis of the current situation presented by the San Antonio Clinic in terms of safety and health at work, in order to know the elements that were already available, using the checklist that indicates the regulations to know the elements that the clinic has, those that must be improved and those that have not yet been implemented, for this a survey was applied to the workers involved. Then we proceeded with the identification of dangers and risk assessment of each healthcare area, translating it into the IPERC matrix where it can be observed that there are high, medium and low risk jobs; and thus be able to apply controls according to each identified hazard. After that, we defined the occupational health and safety policies, objectives and goals, as well as the responsibilities, rights and obligations of each member of the organization. The internal regulations for occupational health and safety were drawn up, drawing up the annual program, as well as records and new procedures which are necessary for the clinic to comply with the guidelines established by law. Remaining as the last decision by management to implement and ensure compliance with continuous improvement, an economic analysis was then carried out to implement an SGSST, which resulted in the company saving an average of S /. 8,350.60 per year
