The present research is from the Antenor Orrego Private University, which was carried out in the premixed company KEN S.A.C. The main objective of this study was to develop cost and quality management in the production process in said company applying the Lean Construction methodology. Regarding the methodology used, it is an applied research, descriptive type and with a quasi-experimental design, since the results of cost and quality management were compared before and after the implementation of the Lean Construction methodology in the Ken Premixed Company, without having a control group. The procedure to reach our objective was the identification of key performance indicators (KPI) related to the production of ready-mixed concrete, as well as the application of Lean Construction tools such as flow mapping, Kanban board, visual boards and graphs and the diagram from Ishikawa for cost and quality management; Next, a comparison of the results before and after implementation was made. Among the most important results was the net economic savings of S/ 11,201.44 that would be achieved by implementing Lean Construction in the company, since reprocessing and production stops turn out to be long- term economic losses; In addition, the average production times were reduced by 49%, as well as the costs per m3 of concrete with f'c =175, 210 and 280 kg/cm2, which were reduced by 28.57%, 27.21% and 31.25%. respectively; Regarding quality, there were not many changes, since the settlement and compressive strength of the concrete did comply with the NTP 339.034 and 339.035 standards. In conclusion, it was possible to improve the efficiency of the Premezclados KEN SAC plant by optimizing production costs without compromising quality. This was achieved through the implementation of improvement systems in ready-mix concrete production operations, which resulted in a reduction in direct costs per cubic meter of the most in-demand products, as well as a reduction in plant stoppages. during production
