Abstract: El trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación de la inteligencia emocional y el clima laboral en Nisira Systems de Trujillo, 2021. Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional, participaron en la investigación 55 colaboradores, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario.
Los resultados de la investigación demostraron que un 78.2% de los colaboradores tienen un nivel promedio de inteligencia emocional, un 12.7% bajo y el 9.1% alto, así mismo un 69.1% de los colaboradores consideraron un alto nivel de clima laboral (bueno) y un 30.9% lo perciben como un nivel medio (regular), en cuanto a las dimensiones de la Inteligencia Emocional: atención, claridad y reparación se relacionan con el clima. Se concluye que existe relación entre ambas variables (p-valor < 0.05); es decir a un mayor nivel de inteligencia emocional de los colaboradores, mejor clima laboral en la empresa.
