The following research project has the objective of developing a new business model by managing collections of a trade associated with electronic commerce company, in addition to the automation and optimization of the BackOffice processes of payment gateway, which are: Monitoring, Reconciliation, Settlement, Billing and Returns, using the technology serverless and microservices. It seeks to develop from scratch a new automated functionality, which allows the management of multiple collections by associated businesses, provide the associated business with a system to manage, generate, start and stop collections of one or multiple charges. In addition, the processes of monitoring, reconciliation, settlement, billing and returns, which are BackOffice processes, will be automated in order to improve response times, the cost of the infrastructure and to ensure accurate and effective registration and calculation of the information of BackOffice processes.
