The objective of this study was to determine the predominant leadership style as an influential factor in the face of an organizational change in two large companies specialized in providing services to companies (B2B). The type of research is quantitative with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational-causal design involving 72 workers from two companies; 35 workers from company number one and 37 workers from company number two. Two instruments were applied: Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) Short form 5X of Bass and Avolio (1997) for the variable leadership styles and the instrument Measurement of Change (BMI); both questionnaires had Likert type responses; Firms 1 and 2 determine reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. For Company 1, Cronbach's Alpha reaching is 0.89 in MLQ and 0.84 in IMC and for Company 2, Cronbach's Alpha reached 0.96 in MLQ and 0.80 in BMI.
