The remuneration and social benefits that companies provide to their employees have always been an important factor for their well-being and performance. This document seeks to develop a proposal for a variable remuneration system for the sales force in the life channel of a company belonging to the insurance sector in Peru. For this, an in-depth investigation was carried out in relation to the Peruvian insurance sector, and the design and implementation of remuneration schemes in companies in the insurance sector. The research carried out has been based on bibliography and studies carried out in the field, in-depth interviews with experts in the insurance sector and experts in the field of remunerations. In the same way, surveys were carried out on workers in sales forces, who have been paid under a variable compensation system. The purpose of the document is to provide a variable remuneration proposal for the life channel in a company in the Peruvian insurance sector. This will be described in depth, explaining the main components and stages in the design and implementation process. A back test will be carried out to measure the possible results that this will have, and the goals and impact of the same will be established. Finally, the main conclusions and recommendations found in the work presented will be presented.
