The purpose of this project is to develop an improvement proposal in the reception area of the company Agroindustrias Dane S.R.L. , carrying out a diagnosis in each area to first perform the Klein analysis for the identification of the critical area and then provide viable economic, social, and technical solutions. To begin with, the macro and microenvironment of the company are analyzed through Porter's forces and Pestel analysis, in which a reduced tax rate and a forecasted increase in the consumption of dairy products in the San Martin region were determined as an opportunity. Then, by means of Klein's analysis, the area of operations with the lowest effectiveness value of 45,45% was established as the most critical and six of the main problems found in this area were identified. Consequently, five solution alternatives are proposed based on the Lean Manufacturing principles of creating a continuous flow, reducing waiting times, standardizing quality, and eliminating waste. Finally, by weighting four criteria: cost, time, quality and scope, the alternatives with the highest scores are selected. Alternative 1 is the acquisition of a plate pasteurizer tank, which significantly reduces processing time, while alternative 2 is the reorganization of the milk reception area and the acquisition of a milk analyzer, which reduces the handling of loads; this last alternative is the best solution proposed, with a total investment of S/ 129 210,30 it is expected to obtain an annual profit of up to S/ 92 227,37 determined through an economic analysis the profitability of the project, where the VAN is S/ 54 452,25 and the TIR of 53,34%.
