Currently, Peru remains the main supplier of blueberries in the world. Although its production is centered in the departments of La Libertad, Lambayeque and Lima, other areas such as Ica and Ancash have also begun to harvest this fruit. Thus, knowing this panorama and taking advantage of the popularity that the blueberry has today, the present work was born with the purpose of determining the market, technical, economic, social and environmental feasibility for the installation of a blueberry fermentation plant. The project will have a useful life of 7 years and will use blueberries as raw material. It will be offered in 750ml bottles and will be distributed in different supermarkets and liquor stores in sector 7 of Metropolitan Lima to meet the demand of the A and B socioeconomic levels. In order to determine this demand, the segmentation method and the survey technique were used, with a demand for the last year of the project of 498 700 bottles. On the other hand, to determine the location of the production plant, the factor ranking method was used and the district of Lurín was obtained as the most appropriate place. The production capacity was calculated at 41 766 cases with a total of 14 workers and 8 administrative personnel. Finally, in order to install the production plant, an investment of S/. 9 989 006 will be required, 40% of which will be financed by a bank loan with an APR of 13.70%. The remaining amount will be obtained from shareholder contributions. Based on the projections, a financial NPV of S/3 652 219, an IRR of 23.33% and a payback period of 6.05 years were obtained. Therefore, it was concluded that the project is viable.
