Currently, the Municipality of La Victoria faces a major challenge due to the excessive delay in the registration and response to citizen procedures, which has caused dissatisfaction and discontent among neighbors. This situation goes against the regulations and legal framework that promote digital transformation and administrative simplification in the governmental sphere. Legislative Decree No. 1412, which promotes administrative simplification and digital government, together with Law No. 27444 - General Administrative Procedure Law and Law No. 30506 - Law to Promote Economic Growth stand out. These laws make it mandatory to simplify and streamline administrative procedures and processes in government entities, seeking to improve the citizen experience and strengthen efficiency in public management. The motivation of the project was to improve the citizen's experience when interacting with the entity, simplifying records, reducing errors in forms and providing clear information on requirements, costs and service times. Complying with current state modernization and digitalization regulations is essential to respond to the demands of the digital era. The Mesa de Partes Digital Platform project is presented as a disruptive solution to improve efficiency, reduce delays in the registration of procedures and simplify the interaction of citizens with the municipality. The incorporation of pre-designed formats aligns with legal regulations by providing a clear guide for the delivery and collection of information, minimizing errors. In summary, this project stands out for its compliance with regulations and legal frameworks that promote digital transformation and administrative simplification in the public sector. The Municipality of La Victoria demonstrates its commitment to the efficiency and development of the country by addressing the issue of procedural delays and providing an imaginative solution that complies with government regulations.
