The main objective of this architectural project is the design of a shopping center from communication and culture, Sachachorro Shopping Center in the district of Iquitos, year 2022, the city of Iquitos is an island that, over time, through the bad practice of the rulers, has hidden stories of great social impact, losing communication, Amazonian culture and tourism, which currently only carries the name without identity “Sachachorro“, the same local population of elderly people, tell what in a At that time it was the most visited place by locals and visitors from other places. Throughout the investigation, and the proceeds collected, the Sachachorro ravine has taken on negative, social, and infrastructure characteristics, one of the problems that afflicts merchants, neighbors, and the general public, becoming an uninhabitable place, and impassable, causing collapse, sinking among other damages, in this way, the proposal to recover the water source, called Sachachorro, was born, where this milestone, well known by the Amazonian population, would be recreated and enhanced, where public, commercial and social spaces, surrounded by natural nature. Our research objective is to propose a Shopping Center that revalues the history of the place and that society and visitors have direct communication with nature and this culture is not lost, which at the same time is an original Amazonian approach. , unique in the entire Region.
