Abstract

El resultado muestra los beneficios del turismo sostenible en la comunidad de Independencia están en un nivel bueno, por que posee recursos naturales y culturales, está asociado a los 3 pilares de la sostenibilidad (social, económico, ambiental). En este sentido se elaboró un plan de capacitación con la finalidad que los pobladores y los niños puedan conocer sobre los beneficios del turismo sostenible en su comunidad. se concluyó que la falta de capacitación en temas de turismo sostenible por parte del sector público o privado hace que no se interesen mucho sobre el cuidado del atractivo turístico, el acceso dificultoso hacia los atractivos o incluso la falta de guiado si uno se aventura a ir solo. Además, los pobladores resaltaron que se sienten orgullosos de su cultura cocama es por ello por lo que siguen conservando sus costumbres y tradiciones de elaborar artesanías para dejar un legado a las futuras generaciones de la comunidad.
