Objective: was to determine the “correlation of smear microscopy and conditioning factors in their compliance of patients with tuberculosis, at the Ipres 1-4 Bellavista Nanay health center from January to June 2021“ Method: They show that it was possible to find the prevalence of tuberculosis by sputum smear of 4.4% in symptomatic respiratory patients, that the age group with the highest number of positive sputum smear cases was 51 to 60 years old, which corresponds to 16 (28%) patients, that the month with the highest number of positive cases was in the month of June and that the sex with the highest number of positive smear microscopy cases was the male group with 37 (64.9%). Results: They show that it was found that the lowest hemoglobin in pregnant women was 8.2gr / dl and the highest hemoglobin was 15.5 gr / dl. The number of pregnant women with anemia due to a hemoglobin below 11gr / dl per month was recorded in July 2020 with 25% (33) of a total of 132 (100%) pregnant women with anemia. It was found that the age group with the highest number of positive cases with anemia was between 16 and 20 years old with 32% (42).It was recorded that first-time pregnant women registered a prevalence of anemia 08% (11), but it was observed that the highest number of cases with anemia in pregnant women who were in their first gestational trimester were those who only had a previous pregnancy with a prevalence of 28% Conclusions: That it can be stated with 95 to 99% confidence that there is a low positive relationship between the smear microscopy results and the conditioning factors of the patients of the Ipres 1-4 Bellavista Nanay health center from January to June 2021.
