The manufacturing sector is the main engine of economic growth; since it generates new jobs, innovations and encourages development in Peru. It is for this reason that there are more than 154,000 companies in this sector in the country and they contribute around 13% of the GDP, generating more than 900,000 jobs. Therefore, it is important to propose solutions that perfect and standardize the processes of companies in this sector, with the aim of making them more efficient, productive, and profitable. This research makes a proposal for a solution using the BPM and Work Standardization method, whose purpose is to improve the level of service of the company under study. First, the current situation of the company is studied to have a better understanding of its processes and then calculate its technical gap, economic impact, and its main causes of the central problem. Then, we will try to choose the method that helps combat these causes by defining the steps to follow. Subsequently, the model is implemented in the company through a pilot plan, which lasted 3 months and increased the service level to 94%.
