This research provides an exhaustive analysis of three proposed solutions that a leading company in the Peruvian poultry sector should take in the face of a progressive decline in its baby turkeys exports between 2018 and 2022. The methodology used for this research is qualitative with a grounded theory design and a descriptive scope established by semi-structured interviews with collaborators of the poultry company as a whole of the collection of academic articles both international and national. This methodology resulted in the choice of applying a market penetration in Bolivia with the aim of further increasing exports in the coming years and not depend on a single country that captures all the exportable volume, such as Ecuador. The selection of this alternative was made on the previous commercial transaction with the destination country, the international freight and the potential demand that exists in that country. Finally, in view of the findings, certain limitations were determined to carry out the alternative, such as the shortage of cargo flights to Bolivia that disappeared after 2020, specifically because of how damaging the pandemic was for some businesses.
